Not sure about you, or anyone else, but it tells me the video can't be found nor is it's located online, or whatever error that was with WMP.

I saw a ton of server/network congestion - broken/jerky video.
Maybe if I save it locally?
No doubt extreme drifting was promoted to sell lots of tires to the same people.

Darned pesky stream-only files
The reason some people are having problems is it won't let you save the file, you have to watch it online, and the server is too slow.

I hate when people do that, especially if it's an ad just let people save the file and watch it!
