DP leaking some type of fluid?

DP leaking some type of fluid?
My DP is leaking a VERY dark colored fluid... it smells a bit like gas (I thought it should anyway). Also, it's leaking onto the twin-scroll actuator and I think it's leaking from the wastegate. I thought maybe this was normal... but I don't know.
