And what does that have to do with anything?

If you use a money order you can sometimes get them to give your money back I forgot how they do it though .
Only if you use a Postal Money order. Then you can again claim mail fraud.

I guess its old age setting in LOL. as for ebay i have gotten my money back from bad items I purchased and the seller said he wouldnt give me my money and they go after them .
Paypal will refund your money within 30 days, but if you buy using a credit card (either through pay pal or directly) you can reverse the charge as well.

Funny the only people I ever see bad mouthing Paypal are people that sold stuff and didn't come through with their end of the deal.

I didnt like the way they do the money transaction they take twice the amount of money form you and tek for ever to give it back to your account at least that is what they did to me. Every body has a right to their opinion . I do like ebay they do care about what goes on there.

This saddens me.

Hey guys,

This really saddens me to see what's actually going on with Buddy. He's a friend of mine, he lives about 500 feet from me, and a few months ago he was trying to sell his N/A engine (in less than good condition...it smoked, had been overheated more than once) touting it as being in good condition "as far as he could tell". Well I publicly replied to his for sale post telling what I saw going on with his engine, and he got all pissed off at me. I was trying to avoid other RX-7 Forum members from getting ripped off. Ever since then, I've stayed out of his business and been amused at his attempts to get his j-spec convertible running right.

I'm not going to stand up for him in this situation because I know what it's like to pay for something and never get it. So far, I have been lucky getting what I pay for on this forum, and I value that. I will express my and all of your frustrations to him, and hopefully I can make him understand that he can't be hoodwinking people like this. Good luck.

Alright this is the first I've seen of this post and I am very concerned about what I am hearing. I first would like to clear up some things. This started when I was parting out an 89 Turbo II. I had a bunch of parts on the car and at my friend's house who lives about 20 minutes away from me. Well I started putting them up on for sale ads and I got a bunch of replies. 2 of those replies were KBrown and areexseven. Kbrown bought a starter for $60 and areexseven bought 2 window switches. The only person that sent me the money was Kbrown. Areexseven never even sent me the money for the switches. I told you to keep your money because after testing the two switches I found one of them to not work properly. As for KBrown, I am eternally sorry. Here's what happened from my end. You sent me the money for the starter. Then it took me a week to get up to where the starter was. I had no ride, and no transportation to get there. Then what had happened was the starter got lost because everyone messed with all my stuff at where the parts car was. So now I couldn't find the damn starter. A few days later I got up there again and was able to find the starter. So now I'm ready to send it and you tell me that you've got another one from kragen or something. So I said ok I'll send you your money back. Well for whatever reason I went into my paypal account and my bank accounts were gone from there. This was because you filed your complaint before I could even send back the money. So now I really have no way to send you money because I'm in the middle of my accounts being frozen in paypal. So I just through my hands up in the air and forgot about paypal and selling things until now. So like I said, I am very sorry, send me a PM and I'll send you your money back with interest. I hope this resolves everything and we can cool the flames. As for areexseven, don't know what to tell you dude, I never took any of your money. If you want I'll send you the switches for free. PM me your address and I'll send em off still if you need em.

I'm a new member and I would never think that our fellow RX-7 owners would do that to another fellow RX-7 owner. For that since I'm willing to upgrade my car, I'll purchase a Turbo II engine and break it in while we go to that *******'s house and kick his ***! Now that sounds like a plan.

For paypal, they sounded like bad news as soon as I heard about them on the news. Rumor has it that they have a bad customer service.

hold on buddy you were sent several emails before i made the complaint on april 22. 2002. you got my money on march 8, come on now the you had plenty of time to send my money back and paypal didn't even accept my complaint because it was longer that 30 days ago. and i kept giving you warning i was going to make a complaint because i didn't want you to look like a jerk to the rest of the forum.
