dome light and radio not working

i changed my dash and then connected all wires but one and the speakers and glove box ones soo my lights and all worked when that "one " wire wasnt connected and then i had my dad jump my car cause it has been sitting for a while(driving his truck) and then the lights stopped working ? do i have a blown fuse or what any help appreciated

hey hoss, only you can figure out if you have a blown fuse. get under the dash and probe each fuse with the positive side of a multimeter while grounding the negative probe on the body..or pull each one by hand and inspect it to see if the fues is blown..also don't forget to also check the circuit breaker for good measure.

so which wires didn't you connect and why?

also, what is the color and pinout of the wire(s) in question?

yup thats what it thought more time leying down there good thing i dont have a seat in haha
the wires that arent connected are just the idiot light ones, glove box ones i cant be exact i have been in there in a day or two ill get in it tomorrow welll today after a finally fall asleep and wake up its 6am and i havent slept yet!!

The switch at the dome light is powered by a Blue/Red wire which has constant power and the 7.5 amp Room fuse powers this Blue/Red wire. Check this fuse.

Update now my car is making a buzzing noise from around te fan shroud area last 2 times a charged it both on christmas it would charge for a little while then start honking and i would have to go unplug my battery now i unplug my battery the "buzzing" stopped so what cause all this to happen? my steering whell wasnt on for one of the charging and it was for the other it isnt connect to the bottom of the dash but i dont get why that would cause this just that i would give all the info i could thanks guys
