Doing a turbo swap. What little things to do?

Hey guys, I'm just about to get underway on a turbo swap and I just want to make sure that I'm thinking of the small stuff. I've got a donor car so I have all the parts. I'm gonna change the rear main seal, pilot bearing, tranny front and rear seals. and the clutch and throwout bearings. Oh yeah maybe the oil filter o rings. Am I forgetting anything? Adding new fluids of course.
