Angry The Dog's Questionable Solution: Mechanical Insanity!!

1990 FC3C, n/a, stock, mechanically sound, for the 2nd generation, but one mechanical question thats driving me crazy. I have a "chirp" coming from ? Have had everyone listen, even myself, from everywhere. Try to make short. After warmup, drive to anywhere, at any speed, fine. When I let off gas, I hear it. Thought brakes, they're fine. Now, if I push on brakes, its gone. If I push in on clutch, its gone. From dead stop, in or out of gear, not there. Only on deceleration without brakes applied, or clutch engaged. Almost sounds like bearings in alternator, or water pump, etc. but coming from passenger front tire area. Any suggestions? Just started out of the blue. Also, It happens in reverse also. I have had people drive it in lot, and I stand 100 feet away, and when they let off gas, Im running next to car, and still can't figure it out. Sorry for long post.
ANY ideas would be appreciated.

PEACE THE DOG

It could be your ACV if you've still got it. It clicks on the split-air solenoid when you take your foot off the gas.

Wheel bearing would be my guess.
