This doesn't look good

Check out these pictures. I am pretty sure that isn't supposed to like this. I heard a wierd noise and checked it out.

Tie-rod end. If it is making a noise it may be damaged by dirt/water getting in through the cracked boot, so it may be better if you replace it. Check the one on the other side too.
