Does the turbo coolant feed line need a washer?

Does the turbo coolant feed line need a washer?

I either lost it or it didn't have one to begin with.. So does the turbo coolant feed line(the one with a hollow 21mm nut) take a washer?

Also, anyone know the torque spec?

copper crush washers to be exact,on each side of that fitting.

Yes, it's a banjo fitting, it needs 2 washers.
