Starting with a fresh fill of coolant, burped, no air in the system.

Drive for approx. 150 miles and the coolant buzzer goes off. Overflow tank is full, dump overflow back in, plus add a bit, and the buzzer goes away.

Buzzer goes off again, no additional coolant in the overflow to put back in system.

All the while, the car is hard to start when cool, acts like it is barely flooded.

I see no white smoke, or smell any coolant. Im an utterly confused.

Ive noticed that the engine feels weaker, and it cant reach full boost (running stock boost).

Check the sensor wire on top of the radiator. I believe it needs to be grounded.

Its def. not the sensor. The car does become low on coolant.

If the coolant in the overflow tank was not "sucked" into the radiator to make up for the "lost" coolant, check rad cap and particularly check the hose that runs between the tank and the radiator for air leaks.

This guy is on the right track. Those stant caps with the flip down valve tend to leak at the top and you'll see it in the form of steam.

I checked the cap, and the hose running to the overflow. Cap is a little over a year old, bought from Mazdatrix.
