my TII has hot start issues and i wanna check if its the battery. instead of buying a new one, can i swap the one from my S5 NA and put it on my S4 TII?

A battery is a battery, and if you wanted you could swap one from a 92 Geo whatever into your 7. That is, as long as the amps and what not are the same...

 

Yes, even if it won't fit in the battery box you can still hook it up for testing. You could use a battery from almost any car in the world, even.

Btw, most (nearly all?) auto stores will test your battery for free.

And if your old battery drops below 10V while cranking, it probably has issues.
