Does my wheel look kinda weird?

believe me i know since i deal with it on my truck but that also is a bit of an extreme since the tires are about 4" offset and are 33" on an S-10 pickup which was never meant to have tires that big on it. but it generally takes about 40-50k miles before the bearings are worn even with moderate abuse offroading.

You're a dumbass to run such radical offset.
Did you know that running such extreme offsets puts unnecessary stress on the suspension components?
Also, do you know that this can adversely affect steering and how the car handles?
This means you're prematurely wearing out the hubs / bearings, and steering joints...
Yeah, I thought so...

dude you need coilovers bad. and some camber plates up front to give some neg. camber. If u do that i garantee that it will look bad ***. "Lip Tuck"
I see what ur seeing in the future....and it looks good

well i know you're goign to do it already.. lower/pull fenders what not.. but yeah.. you don't need a widebody unless you chose to to have those wheels sit flush.. maybe some fender flares.. i believe panspeed has a nice set =].. other than that.. i like ssr meshies.. more so on the formula meshies than the reverse meshies.. and then some on the star sharks =]
but yeah.. nice rims.. looks great.. but 15"s?
oh yeah.. the 0 offset might be a bad idea.. like everyones talking about.. well argueing about

the geometry is the same aside from the larger tire, the offset examples are similar just there is more tire on the road. now you're just getting pissy because i semi disagree with you.
running those wheels i doubt he would ever have an issue with worn bearings (so long as they are serviced properly)with the brakes wearing abnormally or the wheels/lugs having issues. i agree though that they look assy on an FC, they are too small of a wheel so the tire will look huge if he wants it proportionally correct and then will have to pull the fenders even more to fit them, which is why i said to ditch the idea and stick with 16-17" wheels with a slightly less radical offset for an FC.
I agree that if the original poster were going to "granny" drive his FC, then the wear is going to be insignificant.
If you start to really load up the tires, then I'd be it'll eat bearings within a significant amount of time.
The FC front bearings tend to get eaten on heavily track cars within a year.
Add the significant change in tire specs up front, and you get a very bad situation.
Hell, nobody listens to me anyways, so it really doesn't matter...

i enjoy your input.. even though theres arguements..
he's right.. in the long run it would heavily wear them down.. and it is your car.. so you should take utter care of it..
it's like having a rock in your shoe.. you might be able to deal with it.. but later on.. its going to hurt
