Does this look right?

I have recently rebuilt/balanced S4 injectors with new o-rings and bushings on my s5 fuel rail/block (going to be run on s4 electronics) but it looks like there is a gap between bushing and the fuel rail. It has S5 grommet bushings.

I don't want this to leak everywhere when i start it up.

The picture is pretty bad but I don't see lower grommets.

Also, did you make sure to reinstall the plastic air bleeds? That's what the injectors actually seat into.

well the camera is pretty bad. but there are lower grommets on it and what do you mean plastic air bleeds? I removed the old injectors and just set these ones in, they seem to be sitting on a plastic looking thing that looks like is attached to the block.

I took the injectors off and tried to just seat them in the lower rail but the o-rings are mushroomed, I think the re builder put on a standard size rather than metric and it doesn't seat right. I gotta replace the upper injector o-rings with correct ones then try it again.

ive never seen a NA fuel rail but it doesn't look right. it looks like the rail should go farther down on the injectors.

the upper injector o-ring is too large so it doesn't fit in it, but the same o-rings were used on all 4 but the secondaries fit fine.

the upper grommet is the same between series, NA and turbo. were you using different injectors or fuel rails before doing this? the same injectors with the same grommets fit fine in the secondary rail?

I'm putting an S5 NA into my S4 NA where I took my old S4 NA injectors that were used in my s4 rails. but now I got them balanced and rebuilt and put them on the S5 motor to be run on my S4 ECU with s5 rails.

okay so I just put the secondaries where the primaries were and they are in there fine and the former primaries fit fine in the secondary, so there gonna stay there.

weird...
