Does the FD Efini Strut Tower Brace Fit the FC?

Hey Guys,

I apologize if this has been answered but I wasn't able to find anything searching the forums. I've seen one post mention the Efini bar fits fine in the FC but I'm not sure if they actually meant Infini. I also saw a picture of a FC with what looked like the FD Efini stock black brace. Could someone please confirm if the Efini or even R1/R2 front strut tower braces can fit on a S5 FC? Thanks so much!

FD is 3 stud strut mount, FC is 4 stud mount so unlikely it will fit.

Thought I'd post a picture of what I'm talking about, the FD bar only has 2 points and I think what I saw somewhere was it bolts into the lower 2 studs on the FC. If only I could accidentally stumble into that post again...

Well the 2 stud mount holes on the FD bracket are arranged to fit a 3 x 120* radial pattern, while an FC uses 4 studs on a 90* pattern, so the FD bracket probably won't line up on any 2 of the FC's studs.

If that post exists, it doesn't make any sense... Even if the FD brackets were to fit the FC's strut tower studs, the bar itself won't fit between the brackets. If you were to eyeball an FC & FD together, you'll see the distance between the strut towers is very different - there's more space between the strut towers in the FC, so the FD bar won't be long enough.
