Does anyone know what these wires are for?

I was checking the in car fuse box to see if any fuses were blown. My stereo lights come on but not my AC/vent button lights, and my reverse lights don't work. While down there I noticed this red wire was cut, and I had this other plug coming from the firewall which was cut and had the wire making contact to my 15amp sunroof fuse by wedging it in there with it... I removed it and cant see what changed... Anyone know what these are for?

Sorry for the quality on the red wire picture, couldnt get it to focus... best one i had

Thanks
Dane

hmm.. so you don't know where the other side of that black cut wire went? That sounds like someone who was bad at wiring/planning would run for their foglights..

No clue where it goes exactly, I geuss I will have to try to pull the fuse box out and check all the wires behind it to see if anything else is cut...
