Does anyone have this problem????
About every month or so my car handles like a pile of crap. The problem is my rear sway bar keeps comming loose. The one bolt on the lower part of the link keeps comming loose and eventually just falls to the ground. This renders the rear sway bar usless.
I do have poly bushings from Energy Suspension and this all seems to have started when I put them in. Its getting really anoying. I've tried different length bolts and lots of lock washers and even loc-tite thread locking compound. The damn thing still comes loose!!
I'm about to drill out a key hole to really lock things into place.

I guess noone cares.
Nevermind. I fixed it by driling a hole in my FREAKING A ARM and then hammering a ******* NAIL in there. Car handles much better now.

I'm sitting in work when I read the second post...I really couldn't contain myself...Started laughing about the wording......I think it was great.
I don't know if nobody caures, or they just don't have a solution. When I first read it, I thought about having the bolt/threads steaked, but wouldn't want to have someone do it to their car and screw up the threads. I have used it in the past, just take a chisel and cut threads vertically.
You don't need this though......nail method.
