Does Anyone Have the GReddy Power Extreme Exhaust?...

I saw a red 2nd gen at kevin landers shop a while back, and it had this setup, i believe, and I was wanting to find out who owns this car, and wondering if anyone else is running this exhaust...

There are a few people on here who are running it. I have the SP (street performance) exhaust. Its a little older system, but I like the look of the mufflers alot better than the PE. Its basically the same constuction though, just different mufflers. Here are a few pics of mine:

It makes one of the nicest exhaust note I've ever heard from a Rx-7.

I bought mine used from a forum member, since it is not made anymore, and I dont know anywhere that would still have them in stock. I got it about a year ago, but only drove maybe.. 30 minutes with it It looks about new, I paid over $400 for it used I think, its not cheap. My system probably has less than 100 miles on it though, has been sitting around while I finish my turbo swap, and the previous owner barely used it as well. Its definately well-made and sounds amazing.

I have the greddy power extreme dual exhaust. Honestly ive never see anything better. The construction is top notch and the sound is fantastic on my turbo car. On the highway its not too loud, but get on the boost and it sounds great. Its the best sounding 2nd gen exhaust in my opinion. I would never trade it for some loud N1 or something like that, i like not getting a headache from driving my FC....

I love that exhaust system I was so close to getting one from a friend of mine that had it on his Turbo-II. At the beginning he didnt really want to sell it, finally when he went to sell it to me after begging him for a long time he went back on his word, and the damn idiot sold the car with the exhaust on it. I remember when I first saw the exhaust itself in person, the mufflers, and the canisters are beautiful as well as the tips, there sweet.
I currently have a RB since day one, and I wouldnt trade it for any other exhaust system the quality, and construction are excellent. But every time I see the Greedy SP I just have to

Yea, thanks. I love this exhaust. I had a RB full exhaust on my 88 Turbo 2, and I liked that as well. I like the muffler design of the Greddy a bit better though, and sound is similar.

Is the PE louder than the RB catback?

I wonder what the Power Extreme would sound attached to a RB dp/presilencer combo.

Well actually the red S5 TII that you saw at Kevins shop is mine. I love the PE! It looks very nice and sounds amazing. The drive home from his shop in tennessee was made in one day and I didnt have a headache at all. To bad I have a problem in the turbo/downpipe area that sounds like a damn exhaust leak making my 800 dollar car back sounds like hell! Oh yeah I have 3" from the turbo back.

I have the RB 3" downpipe with a custom 3" midpipe to the PE duals. It isnt very loud till you get to like 6 or 7k. I love the free flowing note that it has.
