When my cars been warmed up and Driven alittle I turn it off. Well the next time I start it i hit the gas and my rpms will not go above 1500rpms but after it idles for a little bit it seems to be fine i can rev it again after about 5 min!(Kinda hard to explain)Any idea what it is anyone?

 

Does it smoke while you're having this problem?

it does for for about 5-10min then after that i hit the gas and it revs up just fine!
