Does Anybody Make replacement body panels?
I was wondering if anybody sells replacement passenger side floor pan or other body stuff for the FC.

I'm sure you can still get these pieces. Have you tried Ebay or just Googling? There's an auto recycling yard in Tucson called Catalina Auto Recycling (Catalina Auto Recycling). They might have good used panels but the shipping costs might be high.
I went to Morrie's Mazda about 4 years ago and you could still order some of the sheet metal including rocker panels. I was there to pickup the last OEM headlight cover and just inquired on what else was available. It may be worth calling to ask.
