NOT IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

SOMEONE WILL SAY THEY WILL PRODUCE IT!

All I can say is :

PUT UP OR SHUT UP!, No company capable of producing these CF / Fiberglass parts is interested in pursuing the relatively low volume of the aftermarket FC market. They are making too much money off the honda's and other cars right now. The aftermarket copies of parts that have been produced lately have had FITMENT issues and are too EXTREME for a lot of folks taste.

There is a group buy or two being organized, but we have seen those fizzle out all too often.

FACE REALITY FOLKS: Pay the price of shipping from Japan or learn to lay fiberglass yourself.

Hello all, I have a manufacturer for this hood. It would be professionally produced by an established aftermarket manufacturer of replica products. It would be available in carbon fiber, or fiberglass. We must have a minimum of 10 prepaid orders. Cost would be between 550-650 for fiberglass, and 850-950 for carbon fiber. This is a real opportunity, but it will require real participants actually willing to buy the hood, not just talk about it. The link to their site is
www.atihun.com
please direct all inquiries to me via pm until I have approval from Jason to post a possible group buy.
Thanks, Carl Byck

Knock yourself out, I'd rather be racing, than stuck in the shop half assing something that can be professionally made for reasonably amount of money. Further, if your not interested go post somewhere else

I used to have the picture of that blue car as my wallpaper for a loooooong time. It still looks good. But anyways, wasnt there someone on the forum that was making one of those hoods themselves?

Ummm ok.

Yes it is sometime cheaper for someone else to create these, but where's the fun in that?

"oh I bought this off blahblah.com"
ooor
" I made this myself!"

I never did fiberglass before and tried to make a cold airbox. Now I got the itch* to make more stuff.

There's also a bit of comfort in making something yourself.
