Cyipher did you ever weigh your front rims alone or your rim and tire combo?

 

the shipping weight on the rims were 13.8 lbs a piece, i didnt check them with a scale with tires mounted.

 

Well I went the cheap route, went with aluminum spares for the front and they weigh 15 lbs. I went with the coker excelsior 16" tires and I was a bit dissappointed they weighed 18lbs per tire .

 

the cheap summit fast five 15" wheels weigh 17 lbs so that was nice. the 27*10.5*15 mt street bias weigh 22lbs and that is also nice and light

what size tires did you go with for the front, i know the the 27*4.5-16 m&h fronts weigh 14.85 lb per

i think 27" tall is getting too tall for the fc and fd
