do you need the pcv on no emmissions cars?
Sorry for more posts but brian is being extremely helpfull and emailed me back and said to check my ventilation first off witch it may be my fault this is happening because I don't have a line running from the tid to the oil filler neck nipple. Also he said to check my pcv to make sure it still works and I don't have mine anymore after the vac rack removal. Should I buy one and add it back or should my crank case ventilaton be fine without it as long as I hook the tid to the nipple, thanks for any help guys! This turbo machine will run again!!!!

Yes. Otherwise you'll get the 'lung mustard' build up (water + oil). A properly working vent system will keep moisture out of the block. See the 1st gen section and do a search on PCV- you'll see some simple but creative set-ups.
