Even if there was a 10AE in Japan (which there wasn't), the 10AE was purely a cosmetic upgrade. It was mechanically identical to all other S4 Turbos, so no special ECU was used.

There's also no need to use a J-spec ECU on a J-spec engine. The differences in the ECU were for things like emission controls (or the lack of) and speed limiters rather than the actual major engine functions.

What ECUs had/ did not have the emissions controls and speed limiters? Does this apply to s5 ecus also?

Japanese FC's (S4 and S5) had fewer ECU-controlled emissions-related stuff than US models (no AWS, 3000rpm cold-start, EGR, port-air solenoid, shift-up light), and they had a 180km/h speed limiter.

I don't know what the ECU numbers were.

should be n318, for 86
n319 for 87-88.4
n340 for 88.4 to 89
n374 for 89-91

this is not a 100% accurate list
