Do i NEED thermowax if still running BAC? Causing huge problem..
Performed the TB mod, JB welded the holes but kept thermowax so the BAC coolant like could run like normal.
Can i remove the thermowax and run the BAC coolant line straight into the engine block? (on top, where the thermowax coolant line normally goes) The thermowax didnt seal well with the JB in there, and the coolant pressure PUSHED the JB weld into the TB!!

You cap the line before it even gets to the BAC. you cap it on the back of the waterpump housing and then on the passenger side rear iron
If you were lazy you could just connect straight from one to the other

The TB mod is a two item mod.
You remove the thermowax so you get rid of Coolant flowing through your uim and it gets rid of the start up high idle.
The other part is the removal of the sedcondary butterfly which supposedly help high end flow a bit.
Read Reted's website and do that. It will remove the thermo wax. Then you remove the butterfly. Then the best way woudl be to tap and screw in a plug into the butterfly hole. You could JB weld but I would not trust it since it is upstream of your engine in the manifold. What if a piece breaks off?? You may end up getting a new engine.
There is absoltely no point for the coolant to even exit the water pump now that you've done this. So now you shoudl cap the back of the waterpump and the the nipple on the rear iron.

I have to wait a few days for my UIM gasket to come in. What should i check out that can be cause vac. leaks? My motor was running like crap when it started the first time

Replace ALL vacuum lines with fresh hose.
rx7store.net sells hose techiniques which is THE ****!
Do not buy the cool colored hose from Checker,etc. It is useless and will break or melt(I know from experience).
The hose techniques stuff comes in different sizes and thickness and has taken plenty of daily abuse in my car.
You can also use the regualr vacuum hose Checker sells but just make sure it's protected from rubbing and heat sources.
THe most common vacuum leak sources are broken/brittle lines and poorly sealed gaskets.

Replaced all lines (fuel, vacuum) and gaskets today. I get my UIM gasket today to i will finally put it all together and see what happens. I didnt replace the vacuum spider/vacuum lines for the oil injectors, they seemed pretty solid.
Going to buy starter fluid to check for other leaks..
