Do I Need Bigger Injectors?

I have an 89' TII that i'm going to have an A'pexi intake and RB turboback with a ported wastegate, and I was wondering if with a S-AFC to tune it, i'll need bigger injectors with only those two mods?

Depends how much boost you are running, but probably not. You do need a larger pump though.

What size is the RB exhaust?

With a ported wastegate, you should be fine for the most part. But even S5 wastegates will creep a little.

Its the 3" one that goes to the two 2.5" mufflers.
