Do I have enough fuel?
Im starting to second guess myself on whether or not I have enough fuel given the mods I have. Im still running the stock 550's but have a new RP fuel pump. Im also running NGK 9's all the way around. I dont have a boost gauge yet but thats my next purchase. Below is my sig with all my mods. Please share your thoughts.
Thanks
Chris

BTW - I took the car out last night for some spirited driving and this morning it was a pain in the *** to start. The car does not smoke, idle's perfectly, and still has lots of power. It felt like it might be flooded.

Well, the FCD is modifying the boost signal that the ECU sees, which is consequently the same indication you see on your stock boost gauge. Since you stated you have no aftermarket boost gauge at this time you have NO idea what your boost levels are. Do you have a ported wastegate? If not you are running in what I would consider to be a dangerous situation for your motor..

im running into the same problem as you...FCD, 3 1/4" downpipe and single exhaust, and ported wastegate..no other fuel mods and no boost guage...seems like its time to step up for some more mods..not to take over your thread...but if I move up my secondaries to say 720cc, and get a walbro 255, what effect will that have on my gas mileage out of boost?(out of secondaries )

yea I agree with JRat, if you have those mods and an unported wastegate you will blow your motor . .lol I don't know much about the s5 turbo's or how good there wastegates are but on my s4 I used to see some crazy boost numbers like 15+ psi. . .You really should hook up that boost gauge before you boost too much more. I'd take it easy on her man. Just my o2 though

12 psi with a good pump will being suffient enough for a stock system. But I would put on a boost gauge to know what your at. I told you this when to bought the car. His car is stock with a full 3" rb exhaust. You need to put the boost controller you have and a gauge.

i would definatlely look into some injectors. for the hypothtical 10psi you mentioned you may be safe, but more than likely you are running more than that. mine used to see 12-14psi on the unported s4 turbo, the 89 motor/turbo would see 10-12 with the same mods you have. if i were you id get a boost gauge and at least some 680s.
