do i have any worries.

ok, to start. i bought this car about 8 years ago. it sat over at my uncles for six and a half years.with a rebuilt engine, with 5k on it. six years ago. i picked it up in october of 05. started up, changed oil and filter. uncle put msd on it. i put new plugs. when i did. my leading plugs were on there last miles. my electrical is the worst, fuse box is not right. hazards fuse is my antenna. etc. when at idle is under 12 when driving above 12. hesitation all the time. heres a wierd one. brake fluid leaks during winter but never during the summer. 15 miles per gallon. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh please help me.

wow
with what your stating i would take the fuse panel cover and get some new fuses and replace every fuse with the correct one to start. you want your idle to be around 800 rpm i woulnt go higher than 1k. . . the hesitation might be caused by a bad/clogged fuel filter or some gunked up injectors. or a bad tps. search for the tps adjustment/check might eliminate a load of the hesitation.

7500?! I hope you mean 750. If it's at 750, you don't really need to worry about anything... I'd just give her a tune up, and find the fluid leak, and replace/rebuild whatever is necessary. If it's brake fluid it could be your master cylinder, or a line.
Or it could be your clutch master or slave cylinder, if you use the same fluid in your clutch hydraulic system.

Good luck,
James
