If you have a After market FLYWHEEL then you should have either a Stock Counterweight of your Engine series( to attach the flywheel to the engine) OR maybe an ACT Counterweight for your series of engine.
The counterweight has nothing to do with the Clutch.it has to do with the "rotating assembly" of the engine to keep the balance of the Internals nice and even.
Your Act Clutch can hook up to either a STOCK manual flywheel or an ACT or other branded after market Light Flywheel.

all you mentioned is you have an aftermarket ACT clutch, that has nothing to do with the balancing of your flywheel.
additionally, ACT doesn't make counterweights, they repackage and resell OEM counterweights.
