Just like the question asks. If so, what has to be done exactly?

Yes. You need to drill out the holes because the 1600 CC injectors have a wider top section. However, a way to avoid this is to modify the injectors instead. Turn them down slightly in a lathe.

No you can use the stock fuel rail. You just need to get the proper 1600cc injectors. This is what I did when I put in my 1600's Let me find the site I got them from, and the instructions on what to do. But you basically do what aaron was saying, You have to modify the injectors just a bit.

no you dont need to mod the fuel rail. you can just mod the injector.

if you mod the fuel rail then this only insures that if you change injectors you will need to get a new fuel rail.

do a search I know there is some pics on how to mod the injectors

Hmmm...alot of either or. Do I mod the Fuel rail, at the expense of keeping my FI Intact? Or vice versa?

I prefer the former b'c once It's In, It'll stay there. Thanks for the link Aaron.

Here Is a pic of It btw.

I have not been able to get to BDC site so I don't know what is on it. But this is the link I was talking about. It contains what you need to do with pics to the injectors and where to get the injectors in the article. This is what I did when i put 1600's in my car and it worked fabulous.
