DIY top replacement for 89 vert

How hard is it to replace the top on my 89 vert if a I try to do it myself. (I have the usual rips/leaks by the side pockets.) I've done it before on my old MG years back and it looks pretty straightforward aside from doing the window.

Any tips on how to remove/replace the window without breaking things or having it leak?

Any other hitches on doing this as a DIY project?

Best sources for good, reasonably priced replacement tops?

It's not that hard if you are mechanically inclined. If you need some instruction just let me know.
