In short, no. It is a long proccess that requires a lot of work. It is in the FAQs section at the top.

dont lie to him...yes it will work...in fact, any turbo will it just might take a LOT of work. it takes a lot of work to put ANY turbo on an NA RX-7. considering you asked this question i dont think you will be able to do it yourself, but who knows...anything is possible...it requires a lot of custom fab work, and a lot of time with your car in pieces...

I did it. Just had a Tii parts car that was craped so its easier by a long shot. Only things fabbed for me was the oil feed whcih i used the racing beat pedistial with a SS line feeding the oil to the turbo. Its pretty quick too.

the reason i asked is because i found a s4 turbo for really cheap, and i cant afford a brand new, i willing to do what it takes to make it work, doesnt hurt that i work at a car dealership, and i have another car to drive while i work on this project
and the faq's helped a lot

Well, you need more than just the turbo to make it work. You basically have to have a Turbo parts car, because you need a whole lot of stuff off it - the manifolds at the very least. You would need a new intercooler also, prob a front mount. You would also most likely need a standalone fuel controller. Aaron Cake has a writeup on it on his website.
