Question Dismantling Fender

So I've tried using the online manuals here to remove the fenders off of my 88 but I just cant figure out how to get loose the part of the fender that connects near the nose...Do I have to take the nose off to get the fender off or is there an easier way?

you dont have to take it all the way off, but you do need to remove all the nuts and bolt on the side your working on and along the top and bottom, after that you can move it out far enough to reach the fender bolts. Be carefull you may snap the head off a few, soak them in PB blaster.

The front bumper cover has three bolts that you need to loosen up/take off on each side to get at the bolts that are holding the fender on from the front. These bolts are accessess through the wheel well. You will need a deepwheel 10 millimeter with at least a couple long extentions. I have always removed the whole front cover, so I can not be sure as Static says that you can get at the bolts just be loosening the front bumper cover up.
