Question Disable S5 dummy lights?

Hey,

I tried to search but didn't quite find what I was looking for...

Quick question: Can I disable the dummy ligt cluster temporarily? I just need to smog, then I don't give a crap... Car runs fine.

Couldn't get a code from the computer... but I think it's an air temp sensor thats out.

thanks

well, when i bought my car the stupid seatbelt light was on due to the seatbelt being skrewed up (just got that fixed), i just took apart the dummy box took the light out and switched in another location in the box. just do that, smog it (and yes, cali smog SUCKS ***!!!!!), try to get the light to turn off for future problems, if not, just keep the light out, but dont get rid of the bulb, OMG, IMPOSSIBLE to find!
hope that helps

peace

For an S4 it consists of taking off the plastic surrounding it, removing 2 (maybe 4, I forget) screws, and pulling...
