Disable S4 Alarm

I read that it can just be unplugged. if so where and how? Mine the way it is now, the Security light blinks all the time and there is no way to turn it off. Even the disarm sequence doesnt work. I guess maybe a fualty door switch? The horn is cut so I dont notice it until i see the light. After a night of doing that it runs my battery down and I have to jump my car off

Just unplug it. Its behind the speaker dash piece on the passenger side.

Look here for more details on the location.

dude, faulty door switches take literally 10 minutes tops

unscrew them, sand down where the contacts are corroded, and put them back in

Yup. Me either.

P.S. I should clarify that I don't even know if my car came with an alarm. I don't know if all FCs did or not. But mine (if I have it) has never worked and I redid the entire dash harness... meh... whatever... who needs alarms anyway?

From 88 on it was standard. Before that only certain models had it.
