Dirty turbo coolant passage:(

So my turbo coolant passage lookslike it is very dirty in the turbo inlet is this normal. It doesnt have that white coolant look its dirty and looks kinda like an oil leak. If there is an oil leak is this the end of the turbo? Damn used motor has been nothing but problems thanks for any help guys.. also looked like a little milkshake residue in the coolant passage on the LIM....

Coolant dirt can take all forms, from a white crust to rust colour to dark black. It's normal for gunk to get caked into the passages. You can probably clean most of it with a stiff brush and a bit of brake cleaner. But really it's not a big deal.
