IN DIRE need

Hey guys motor overheated today. Found out from my friend I bought it from that the water pump had gone out before I bought it. Yay for me. I reached down after it wouldn't start and wiggled spark plugs and one feels very loose however I can't pull it straight out. Could I have blown the spark plug through the block?? And torn all the threads out???
Also I am looking for a spare motor. Where can I get one or does anyone in the Pacific Northwest have one or two N/A motors for sale??
Oh and because I the failed water pump could that have fried my coolant seals cause I keep getting bubbles coming up through the radiator cap??

It is best to always go OEM when rebuilding, of course, that is my personal preference. Mazdatrix sells the rebuild kit.
