Dimensions to brake lines?
I ended up twisting off the lines in an attempt to replace the caliper. Do you guys know the dimensions to the brake lines? I dont really care for the length rather the od/id of them. thanxs fellas!

I believe a 3/16" line is what you want. Bring what you have of the line to any auto parts store. They'll match it up for you and you can pick the length you want.

I just did the ABS removal.... Its 3/16.
Heres the catcher.. I think the flares might be different... I used a standard flaring tool with a 45 degree flare.... i've flared plenty of brake lines so i know how to do it...
When i put it together... every stock connection leaked until I backed the nuts off and retighted them several times, each time they went a bit further until they finally locked up. No leaks after that.. The aftermarket "T" fitting i used for the front brakes worked perfectly the first time.
looking at an old stock flare, it appeared to be a steeper cone than the 45 i was using, maybe a 60?? That would explaing why the bolts took a while to get tightened properly, the flares were fitting themselves to the seats....
Can anybody clarify if the stock Mazda fittings are something other than 45 degree flares??
