Dimensioned Flanges

Started drawing up flanges myself, both for practice and to possibly create my own manifolds in the future. Before I started dimensioning them though, I searched to see if anyone had posted their drawings and only found 1 source. I won't be re-sharing their drawing since it doesn't belong to me but I will post up what I have come up with.

The point of this thread is simply to have the information out there.

[One of my goals is to have a manifold 3d printed just for mock up and testing]

You're missing an overall on the width of the exhaust gasket. It would help even though I know to assume symmetry in the drawing. Maybe others wouldn't want to make the assumption.

If my observation is correct it looks like 209.5mm

+1 to the work but I feel like it's not quite 209, I want to say 180mm? I don't have a gasket with me at the moment to measure

180 ha, you're wayy off it's 210mm.
129.5 plus 129.5 - 49. assuming the single portion of the gasket is symmetrical. i hope you follow.
this should be an math test questing in like 8th grade. but we're left assuming the inside halfs of the single flange gasket are as big as the outside halfs.

Sorry about the delayed response, forced to keep busy trying to build engines and do other stuff

But yes, that missing dim was indeed 210mm. In this link you can download the SketchUp files

I swear Solidworks killed the use of the center line... The use of that tool would greatly increase the information in your drawing. The center line denotes symmetry.

Ahhhh, I forgot to dimension where the ports sit compared to the mounting bolt holes.
