Looking if someone who has a jdm dash harness with the digital logicon connectors. Or know where to buy replacement ones.

Might be hard to find a donor harness since it was for the GT-Limited Special Edition models only. Can you get a clear, straight shot of the back of it where the connectors are? If you can, I might be able to find them. The system is pretty similar to Ford's EATC, so wiring it up shouldn't be too hard once you have the relevant temperature sensors. Maybe a little harder if you can't read Japanese, but I can definitely do something about that too.

Don’t need it work correctly. I just want it to light up at night. I’d like to find a plug that clips in. I honestly just thought about soldering wires to the power and ground

^I'd try Corsa Technic to see if they can get you mating connectors for those - I've had great luck with them finding oddball FC, FD & other automotive electrical connectors, they are my go-to for automotive connectors. https://www.corsa-technic.com/

For the black one, I'm counting 29 terminals in the cavity, so I'd first search their website for 29 way connectors to see if anything they have looks promising. For the white one, it looks to me like there's 13 terminals, so search for a 13 way. If you don't find it on the website, don't despair - give them a call and ask; they will ask you to send them clear pictures, preferably with a ruler near it so they can gauge its size. If it still exists, they can get you a mating connector.

Thanks. Yea I tried looking on that website before and couldn’t find any that seemed to match but I didn’t know I could email them and ask for help. I’m going to message them now.

Not to be rude, but that diagram is completely wrong. This uses the modern nomenclature (G2) which wasn't exactly in place the FC came out (September 1985). Mazda used a completely different organizational system at the time. For example, Auto Transmission related items were in Section BC in 1985. The modern system puts them in Section H1. Auto A/C being in G2 is just a coincidence here.

I have the original Japanese diagrams and just looked at it. In addition to missing components (G16 Low Resistor) on this iffy diagram, Ground #1 and 2 are right behind the headlights on a FC, which makes zero sense for A/C stuff. The correct location is Ground #5, behind the cluster on a RHD FC.

My gut feeling says this came from a 929/Luce. I caution people from trying to bodge through Google Translate with their phone. Unless you know EXACTLY what you're looking at, it will get things wrong every time.

As for the connectors, the black one is from TE Connectivity (Tyco Electronics). The White one is from KET, 118PA series.

Call them on the phone during business hours, they are very responsive.

That 13 way is nearly guaranteed to be a MIC Mk2:

That series is all over the FC interior. That other one...I am not sure at the moment.

this is where I got the diagram. Do you have the pin out for the power and ground wires.

Yes I do have them, but here's the problem. There are 3 connectors, not two. The white/13-pin one from KET matches up fine. The other two, AKA the black one that is 14 pins wide, don't mesh up correctly with the diagram's pinouts. The Japanese non-auto Logicon uses the same connectors, so there is a chance that they might also be on a North American car too. It's been awhile since I looked though.

So I got the white 13 pin connector. The other 2 black connectors are no longer available. TE is going to get back to me about making it for me. But good chance they won’t cause I’m not buying a bulk amount. May be able to get a CAD file to print them.

I only honestly care about just having it light up at night. The diagram I posted matches perfect for the white connector. That connector has my power and grounds.

what all would I need is my question. Acc. B+. Ground. Would I need the ign wire?
