Different kind of hot start problem and idle problem

Hey guys. I was just reading some of the problems people have with their hot start issues, and none of them seemed to be like mine so I'll explain:

When my car is at it normal operating temp, it idles fine/little low. If I don't move like waiting at a drive thru then she becomes very low/ almost stall point and somewhat bouncy. Anyways after I shut engine off, and try to start again, it'll fire up fine (I.E. Not a flodding hot start prob) but then stall. I have to hold the gas at like 3grand for a few seconds untill it'll hold its own. I have a new fuel pressure regulator put in and still having issues. This couldn't be solved by simple TPS adjustment could it???? Also note from my sig that I did the S5 manifold swap and removed emissions crap, that according to Haynes might be malfunctioning like ACV. any info on this could be helpful. I'm going to take it to mazda but I think that if get some good suggestions from you guys on specific things to look at that will save them time and me money.

thanks
