CA Differences between auto and manual s5 t2 engines?

Looking into getting a auto s5 t2 engine and I was wondering if it was any different from the manuals, and if its still possible to build them and make good power (300-400whp). I would be putting it into my 90 gtu (manual)
looking for the small technical details like ports, housings, strength etc.

First post been lurking for while reading as much as I can, couldn't find anything on this
Thanks

the engine is the same, except for the flywheel/counterweight and pilot bearing or not.
