OK I ahve a 87 gxl spoiler and would like the higher spoiler of the same style (dont laugh but the one on the white fc in initial d) What spoiler is this. I am thinking of buying a s5 gtu spoiler right now. Is this the higher one or would it be the same?

 

Havent seen Initial-D. Reminds me that I drive a ricer... its disturbing.

Anyhow, I just picked up this RE-a spoof off of ebay for a good deal. The new spoofs cost around $299 and I think the true RE-a's cost... alot.



No idea if this is what the Initial D one looks like...

I have that same video. I think its like the white one. Probably is, The one i have is the same design but when its on the car its not as raised. I like that amemiya style on thats on the red car in the vid but its a bit too flashy and i dont think ti would look good on a dark grey car. I also like to keep things as stock as possible.

 

When i was searching for a pic of the wing on my comp i found a pic of the amimeya wing on a dark grey fc and its ******* SWEET!!! Im gonna save for the next year and buy that, im still curious as to what wing that was though.

 

I have a S5 spoiler for sale if you are interested. It would need to be repainted to match your car. It's the same spoiler as the one on the white car.

 

The raised GTU/S5/TII spoiler is just a stock wing with a riser from mazdaspeed IIRC. I beleive corksport had some in the day.
