difference between n338 and n332 ecu?

im going to be starting my turbo conversion soon (this week, hopefully).

but i just realized the ecu i was planning on using is a n338 (s4 TII vert ecu) . when it should be a n332 (s4 TII ecu) is there major differences? will the 338 work?

We got the info from the now defunct Donnie Peters from Sun Auto.
We've tried the N338 vert ECU in 1987/1988 Turbo II's, and it does indeed work...surprisingly.
