I think the n/a flywheel is 225mm and the S4 TII flywheel is 240mm. I think the S5 TII flywheel is 235mm, but all aftermarket flywheels are 240mm. If you care to be certain, check mazdatrix's website, they've got the specs written down.

Aftermarket flywheels are the same the turbo S4, S5 and S6, except the S4 uses a different external counterweight. There is the odd internally balanced aftermarket flywheel out there (like stock), but they're fairly rare.

I've never seen the internally balanced RX-7 flywheel... well, they all are, if you don't count that frount counter-weight.

Most flywheels are balanced already, hence you have to use an Auto's counterweight (off-sets the rotor's weight, seeing as a harmonic balancer is flat, and balanced)...

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean you've never seen an internally balanced aftermarket flywheel? HKS made one, I'm not aware of any others.
