did i ground my A/F gauge wrong?
i grounded my A/F gauge to the same bolt the stereo is grounded to (drivers side, by your right knee, under that panel... dashboard bolt)
when i put my lights on, the gauge drops from right into stoich. obviously electrical. any ideas?

no its hooked up right, everything works. i think my grounding point is off... is that a safe ground for a/f? where can i ground so it doesnt drop voltage when the lights are on? or is that an alternator problem?
right before i put in the gauge... 2 weeks?
and about that switch... what does that have to do with voltage drop on the grounding?... "my cats breath smells like cat food"
rrgh anyone solved this problem?

I've heard that with a A//F gauge, it' s often best to use the same ground as the O2 Sensor,.. this usually involves adding a ground to the AF gauge, but that helps smooth out the signal, a lot better than the ground through the exhaust can do. I'd tie them both together and go directly to the chassis, don't let anything else use that ground.
