did I crack my turbo?

OK so I was driving home and noticed a little less pep. so I stopped and listened and it sounded like an exhaust leak. so I did a quick 0 to 60 pull (on a back country road speed 55) and then pulled over again. and the exhaust leak sounded louder, and is for shure coming from the engine bay. turbo won't produce boost in neutral at all, and wont boost past 5PSI full throttle I usually boost 8 to 9 PSI. car is really loud. Did I crack my turbo or did I brake something important. seems to idle fine, doesn't die when I drop to idle.

Note that this turbo was already going out. I just need to cut off down pipe due to broken nuts.

I would check obvious things like gaskets on downpipe, manifold, etc. Make sure everythings tight. You could check the downpipe itself and see if it backed off of the turbo. Probably just a blown out gasket or things have come loose. Get under the car and check everything out.

It has to be before the turbo. cause after would cause boost creep rather than loss of boost right. I already checked everything obvious suck as DP, and rest of exhaust. I hope its just a turbo gasket, or even just the turbo. I don't have a replacement exhaust manifold, just a new turbo and corksport DP.

I could barley hit 1 pound the next time I drove her. I found that the turbo manifold has a few cracks, but I had to reinstall it since I don't have a spare or any cash. but the gasket between the turbo and manifold is what gave out. it was blown out the sides of the turbo. I removed the twin scroll pluged the vacuum line with a carb cap and some silicone. But now the car runs like poo. I don't know whats wrong. I double checked all vacuum lines, the only thing I can think of is the split air pipe is still installed as I still have the cat, but its hollow.
