Did I blow my engine?
When I bought my car it had 154,000 miles on it and the engine was "seized". Well I managed to get it running and it pulled very hard. I knew this engine would pop soon so I always drove it like I stole it, well most of the time anyways.
So the other week I launched it from the freeway onramp and took 1st gear to 7k and it felt a little odd, then it jumped to 8k and all power was gone and it was shuddering. I figured it blew but I thought it would die, it didn't I drove it off the freeway and onto a side street.
Popped the hood and nothing overheated, but lots of coolent in the overflow tank (not overflowing tho) so I took the rad cap off and found a white foam substance in the fluid and it was pulsing (going up and down in the radiator) I topped off the rad and let it cool for a while.
Went to start it back up and to my surprise it fired right up, but now it idles at 1500-2000 rpm and sounds like some old 5.0 stang camming hard I drove it home and noticed a very rough ride (shuddering) and I could not get it up past 6k rpm (most of the time struggling to 3k.
Today I put some atf fluid in the plug holes but I think my engine is fucked..... what do u think?

I think you blew a coolant seal. Best kind of blown engine to rebuild. Most of the time all of the parts are reusable. Get it rebuilt as soon as possible.
