did 10th aniversary vert's exist?

ok, so I buy cars at dealer auctions for work. yesterday I went and saw an 88 vert with all 10th aniversary trim on it (wheels, fender logos) the wheel was a normal one however. turbo motor with 68k on it It also didnt have those headrest speakers like most other convertibles i've seen have. Is this some weird imported jdm car or was it legitamately made here?

The 10th AE was not offered as a vert, and the vert was not offered as a turbo, here in the US. Someone converted the vert using a 10th AE donor car.

yea thats what i thought, if it was a conversion, they did a decent job. it was white and everything. It only went for $2500, I should have grabbed it.

yeah because even though it is fake its still a great concept of a project, and even more so if its done tastefuly. I mean i see alot of people doing t2 vert swaps, they never brought those here but they are coolas hell too. i bet if you would have bought it and put it on the forum someone would have snatched it from you fast.

there is no such car as a 10ae vert. Jdm or usdm. period. it is a project someone has done and its a good one if your into the ''what if'' category. But the only verts they brought here were all n/a and the jdm were turbo and n/a.
