defroster problems

I'm not getting any voltage from the passenger side wires running to the defroster. Is there an easier way of finding the source of this wire without ripping off all the panels and following the wire? The driver's side gets voltage though. But the wierd thing is when I was driving my car later today, I noticed it defrosted the passenger side before it did the driver's side? Why is that?

That's the way it should be. The left side is connected to the battery (via the relay); the right side is connected to ground.
