Defined Autowork Header??

Anyone have this header on their S5?

I was looking at it on their site it's pricey and will require a custom exhaust.

I wanted to know what kind of power it would make over say a Racing Beat header.

And how their quality was. Looks pretty good.

I researched this earlier this year and apparently they are similar to the pacesetter in design only stainless. The racing beat is chrome plated but much thicker in material. I went with the racing beat for this reason. I dont believe you will see a power difference between the two. The racing beat requires their presilencer or cat replacement tube it will not fit to the stock secondary cat out of the box. the pacesetter does and I believe the DA fits to stock as well. Could be wrong on that.

similar to a pacesetter? not even close. look at the DAW website and you'll see that it's hardly just a difference in materials but tuned runner lengths, which racing beat does not attempt to do either.

there's a thread in the N/A section in which a gentleman got a Defined Autoworks exhaust system on his bridgeport. you could inquire with him and work your way toward the answers you seek.
