New starter, battery, fuel pump, clutch, alternator, injectors cleane.. more..
It keeps flooding itself and will not stay running. I just spent $80 today on new fuel filter, sock, and oil change.
Car floods itself out. Runs for 2 seconds then dies then will not restart. I have done the "UNFLOODING PROceedure" 20 times today, count it 20 times... I also pulled it around the block 3 times and it would just fall on it's face. Compression was 95-95-95 100-100-100 before I put the cleaned injectors in there..
I am out of patience and am thinking about setting it on fire for fun...

I do cut myself whenever I try to remove fuel lines or stuck bolts....
This problem is a bitch. I am going to try to pull it to a start tomorrow. This is extremely frusterating.

well just think about all the times your wife frustrated you ( did you end up divorcing her btw? I can't remember) and you didn't burn HER down. Try your best to fix it and if it is too stubborn then get rid of it and move on.
Peace.
Peace.
sorry to hear. Hope everything else is well. don't give up on the 7. It's kept ME sane for many years, I assume it's the same for you. I've tried to sell it at least 6 times but I could never do it, don't give up on the 7.
oh, my current rims are wider so I have no use for it.

what does post count really have to do with it? rotaries can be a pain in the *** that make me not want to go to work in the morning...
try building an engine that a customer has been hounding you about that pressure tests ok yet burns coolant after initial startup.. makes you want to quit the business.

as far as the coolant... ive had irons where the side of the o ring grove cracks and falls off. pressure tests fine but burns just the slightest amount. ive been seeing it on a lot of s4 turbo irons lately
i'm talking about less pronouned issues.. cracked irons are easy to spot, if you can't see those then you shouldn't be building engines. i am referring to electrolysis(pitting/corrosion) in the rotor housings in areas that can not visibly be seen and also not flow while under pressure but do under vacuum such as an engine running or just gravity fed like sealing the rotor housing sides and filling the passages with water is how i finally found the issue, it leaked 1/2 drop of water in 30 minutes but leaked not a single drop under pressure and seemed to pull it in quite fast while the engine was running.
damn headache i say.. lost a week of work on that one.

it's a common problem, i have scrapped at least a dozen irons this year due to cracked water jackets.
electrolysis is more prominent in FD engines i have found but also happens in FC engines from time to time but not as often as cracked irons.
